SUBSCRIBING WITH US

When placing an order with us, you are required to select the milk variant of your choice and start the subscription from the wished date. You have to make an advance payment for your milk subscription, which will reflect in your app or can be requested by email/Call/WhatsApp.

The advance payment can be made via NEFT transfer/UPI/ cheque at the outlet/ application. Please mention your registered contact number in the narration of any mode of transaction.

If advance payment is not made then the supply will not start and will be on hold until the advance is received since this is a Prepaid service system.

Delivery will be made as per our fixed delivery timings between 6 am and 8 am. We do not commit to delivering in fixed time slots. Any complaint regarding non-deliverance/ delays/ damage must be informed on the same day between 8 am and 10 am.

OFFERS, BENEFITS, AND REFERRAL PROGRAMME

The offers are eligible to new and old customers for the schemes going on based on set criteria.

  • The cashback offers or milk benefits cannot be refunded.

  • One offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

  • Same offer cannot be given again or repeated at the same address or Mobile number.

  • One user can refer to as many customers as possible, but if the referred addresses are similar then The NatureRich holds the right to cancel/ remove the benefits and hold the orders.

  • Bonus amounts can be used to purchase any products from the The NatureRich Website/App.

PRICING

The prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change.

ADVANCE PAYMENT

Customers must make the payment whenever their wallet balance is exhausted to enjoy hassle-free services. Our team sends a notification along with a call to remind you of the same.

Payment can be made online through our Mobile App/Website. This is an automated payment system. Payment can also be made by handing over the cheque/ cash to our delivery boy or at your nearest outlet and collecting a receipt of the same. Cheques should be in favour of RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP .

The physical collection of payment (Cash/ Cheque) is chargeable i.e. Rs 20 per invoice and is done strictly in the morning at the time of delivery. Customers must take the receipt of payment from the delivery boy on payment.

If a consumer makes payment at our nearest outlet then the customer doesn’t have to pay an additional Rs 20 charge.

In case of payment failure, we are not liable for the same.

If your cheque happens to bounce due to insufficient funds or any other technical reason like a signature mismatch, you would have to additionally bear Rs 500 as penalty fee charges.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING

If you no longer require milk because of any reason please call us on +91 9040027111. If there is any outstanding, settlement needs to be done within 7 working days.

If a customer wants to reschedule, kindly inform us between 9 am and 5 pm through any of the following modes:

  • The NatureRich Website/ Mobile App

  • Or by calling on +91 9040027111

  • Please avoid using any digital platform like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for rescheduling of milk orders. Kindly do not email us the order changes or give any information/ order changes to the delivery boys.

  • If you don’t receive milk, kindly call us on +91 9040027111 between 8 am and 12 pm the same day only. Complaints regarding non-delivery will not be accepted the next day.

The NatureRich holds the right to cancel or hold supply if multiple accounts are found with the same address.

SERVICE ACCESS

We make every effort to keep the mobile app/ website up and running smoothly. While we endeavour to ensure that this mobile app/ website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the mobile app/ website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the website/ mobile app may be suspended temporarily and without notice in case of system failure, maintenance, or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.

REGISTRATION

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not advise you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions

By registering on The NatureRich Platform, you give us permission to send you notifications on SMS/ Whatsapp/ Email or by calling.

DISCLAIMER

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website/ mobile app is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website/ mobile app. We may make changes to the material on this website/ mobile app or to the products and prices described in it. There will be a notice issued on the site regarding the same.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for

  1. death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  1. fraud;

  1. any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND



Milk Unfit for Consumption

Our milk has no preservatives or additives. Maintaining optimum temperature, hence, is key to keeping the milk fresh and fit to be consumed. However, if the cold chain inadvertently breaks at our end, causing the milk to sour on the day of delivery, you can request a refund for the said lot.
Refund is initiated once we receive a complaint along with the batch details photograph i.e. the date printed on the pouch or bottle by call or email. Our policy lasts for 24 hours; if it goes beyond 24 hours since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t provide you with a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace/ refund items if they are damaged at the time of delivery.

Post Discontinuation

If you have discontinued your milk supply/ relocated/ your area which does not come under the service area then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account within 15 business days. You will have to raise a refund request over call or email at info@rzvifarms.com, sharing your bank details for the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rzvifarms.com.

Erroneous Delivery

A delivery will be considered erroneous at our end if you have intimated us in advance and you receive a delivery despite this, you are eligible for a reverse pickup. You will have to inform us within 2 hrs of delivery to arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.

Refusing delivery without prior information does not qualify for a refund.

The following are the only admissible ways of prior intimation:

  • Call our customer care department before 4:00 PM

  • Update necessary information in your account on the APP before 3 PM

Please note, informing the delivery boy is not admissible as a formal intimation of the order. The customer care department is the only authorised channel for this.

  • Shipping Policy


The Shipping Policy of RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP applies to all its subsidiaries and affiliated brands including Desi Farms.

While of RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP endeavours to provide the most convenient delivery time as required by the consumer, of RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The order for Milk & Dairy products should be placed before 5 pm and the same will be delivered on the following day from 6 am to 10 am. Deliveries may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.

Currently, our Milk are being delivered to addresses in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. Ghee can be delivered PAN india

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details:

  • Name of the Recipient

  • Flat Number/Bungalow Number

  • Name of the Building/Society

  • Name of the Road/Street/Marg

  • Contact Number Landline/Mobile

  • Proper/familiar Landmark

  • Email address

After the order is accepted by RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP, a confirmation email or SMS, or call will be sent or made to the customer.

The delivery will be made to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.

RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.

Farms Foods and Beverages LLP will consider the order as “EXECUTED” in the following cases :

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers

  • Non-availability of the recipients at the address;

  • Premises locked, Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable when tried by the delivery agent of RZVI Farms Foods and Beverages LLP

  • Addressee refused to accept the products.

  • Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbour, based on the instructions given by the customer.

  • In case of civil disturbances, floods, Heavy Rains, a National strike/bandh, or any other major event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.

  • Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 48 hours before the delivery time.
